When you submit our contact or talent registration forms, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and the details in your message. Talent who continue the registration process may also provide photos, measurements, sizing, availability, and contact details needed to consider you for background work.
We use your information solely to operate as a background talent agency: reviewing applications, maintaining our talent database, submitting talent to productions for consideration, contacting you about potential bookings, and responding to production inquiries. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Talent profiles (photos and relevant details) are shared with casting directors and production teams only for the purpose of considering you for work. Form submissions are delivered to us by our form-processing provider. We do not otherwise share your information unless required by law.
We keep talent profiles while you remain on our roster. You may ask us to update or delete your profile at any time by emailing info@pinnedtalent.ca.
Under Canadian privacy law, including BC's Personal Information Protection Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us at info@pinnedtalent.ca and we will respond promptly.
